Hey
Tony, and all.

I was reading you latest ramblings on the subject of the negative attitude here in the City of Rochester, and can not help but to comment, first off I want to say thank for your very lovely personality it is certainly a welcome and refreshing to see and am hopeful that between yourself and a few others that it will help bring this community around to perhaps a better place to be, and to see such a bright and wonderful person as you are, I can’t honestly say I know you as I have never actually even met you. But I see you as if I have known you all my life, as strange as that may seem stranger things have happened.

Anyway I guess I am a rambler too  …

About the attitude, I personally am a very positive person but it concerns me that I feel and also fear that this is a very negative place/city, not of course because of the place, but the people, I know I hate to say it… but it is very pretentious, full of attitude and somewhat of an odd place, I don’t know where it comes from or how it got here but it is hear without a doubt, be can hide it, pretend it does not exists and carry on our everyday lives in complete denial, but it is here and I personally want it to go away so I have some thoughts about how to do this, keep in mind these are just some ideas perhaps with you involved and others reading this we can do some brain storming and come up with other ideas and activities to fill the needs of the masses for our community.

But my thoughts are this, I think we should have another outlet other then bars, it’s not that I am against them, lord knows I have spent many a nights feeling,,, well not so hot the following morning, but I think if we as in you and I and anyone wanting to get involved for other external activities, like a bike ride with many people or a camping trip or canoeing or what ever, as not all people are into the bar scene but want to belong to their communities they live, we have become so internal with our life’s its high time we do something to communicate to participate have fun and laugh and carry on as if children, lighten up and just freaking have some fun.

So I would like to propose a camping trip/biking this summer and was wondering if you may have some ideas to help with this venture, ie. Time place, how many people (the more the merrier) stuff like this if at all you or anybody reading this has any interest in this type of activity.

Let me know your thoughts, you can reach me on my BLOG at www.rochestertek.com:78/gay my name on there is matt2112.
